Music that Inspires

Billy Joel Martinez is a singer, conductor, and composer dedicated to inspiring others through music. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Music from the University of Texas at El Paso. Growing up immersed in classical, sacred, and contemporary music, he developed a profound understanding of music's power to connect and move people. This diverse background informs his performances, conducting and compositions, with a mission that uplifts and encourages.
He currently serves as the Organist and Music Director for the Spanish Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary Queen of the Universe. In addition to his performance and directing work, he also serves as a liturgy and music advisor, assisting ministries and organizations in developing meaningful and effective worship experiences. He also serves as a cantor for the Diocese of Orlando, regularly singing for diocesan liturgies and events. His leadership extends to the stage, where he has worked as an Assistant Music Director for theatrical productions.
Whether at church, on stage, or in studio, Billy’s ultimate goal is to foster faith, hope and love through the universal language of music.
